We’ve worked with business leaders, teams and school students from all walks of life. From building a stronger team culture to shaping positive mindsets in our future generations, read our success stories to discover how we’ve helped our clients.
Driving peak performance, accountability and adaptability are some of the most common objectives that we work towards with companies.
Check out how we’ve helped them build a culture of resilience.
Infinity Water is a consortium that was formed in response to a tender for a program of works with Sydney Water.
Building a new team’s culture from the ground up is no easy feat – especially in the case of people brought together from five different firms!
Likening this process to starting up a new company, we were asked to share our wisdom with the team, particularly the senior people as they needed to “re-discover” their energy and passion to commit to another journey they had undertaken before.
Returning exhausted but inspired from the retreat, the team gained a reinforced sense of their company values and a new charge to no longer accept excuses from themselves or their colleagues.
In the words of one of their team: “You’re the only one that can limit what you can do.”

Flying over to Sydney to meet the team, our lead speaker Brant Garvey delivered a keynote speech on the principles that nurture a thriving and resilient team culture: accepting no excuses, setting goals, taking accountability, playing to each another’s strengths and getting outside their comfort zone.
Brant’s talk was well-received by the Infinity Water team – each taking the opportunity to listen and engage personally with him about his journey and approach to tackling challenges and embracing the uncertain.
The market leader in enterprise application software, SAP is a global company focussed on helping the world run better and improving people’s lives.
In early 2019, the Asia-Pacific branch of the company kicked off the new year with a sales leadership conference in Sydney, where our lead speaker Brant Garvey was invited to present.
To break up the technical content and keep the audience engaged throughout the event, Brant shared his inspiring story, wrapping it around his key messages of dreaming big, driving accountability and a culture of ‘no excuses’.
Brant’s speech brought an international audience of team leaders closer together, both through laughter and humbling lessons about resilience.
Many of the SAP team continue to find inspiration in No Xcuses, particularly one of whom was motivated enough by Brant to register for their first ever triathlon!
